X! hangs when trying to change Data source > Files

My X1 hangs everytime I use it as well, and I have tried the same things to fix it.
And no, it never does "unhang" itself, so it IS a bug that pretty much makes the product useless.

Outlook 2010 64 bit
Windows 7 Pro 64bit
X1 version 8.2.1

Only indexing local files, and 3 PST files.

Uninstalled/reinstalled. Tried turning off Outlook Cached Mode. Spaced out indexing hours. Nothing works.
